when you see somehting bad happen on the news, that it could never happen to you? hear about students dying, parent's divorcing, family members dying? You brush it aside thinking iit could never happen tou you. You don't have those kinda friends or family members that somehting like that would happen too. To you its more than just random chance and it only happens to unlucky ones.

Well I thought that way too. Then someone i knew from school drowned. I didn't know him that well so it wasn't that hard on me.I brushed it off as coincidence. Just a bad start to the summer. I had an online account hacked. No problem its happened before. Its the internet so it was bound to happen again.
But now the worste of them all. Divorce. Yep my senior year hasn't even started yet and it seems my parent's are divorcing. WHy you may or may not wonder? Fighting? no.. just unhappiness on my mom's behalf. This baffled me.. I mean they had dated for 6 years and have known each other 11 years total. Is that not commitment? I felt that things could never go bad between them.
Even my dad was shocked. All my mom could say was she had changed and she wasn't happy with things anymore and didn't want to live a lie. I'm at a loss. I don't think I can look at either of them right now. I haven't seen my dad and mom left for her schooling. I really don't want to be home right now as I'm afraid I'll break down again if I were to see either of them right now. I'm at a loss for words and just want to run away from this and wake up from this horrible nightmare.
